1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI AUDIT SCAN (the "Service"), operated by AI AUDIT SCAN ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AI AUDIT SCAN provides automated diagnostic reports analyzing a website's AI, GEO, SEO, and AEO readiness, including but not limited to:

• AI crawl accessibility
• Structured data & entities
• Content extractability
• Cross-platform visibility
• Benchmark indicators
• PDF audit reports

All analyses are generated automatically and provided for informational and strategic guidance purposes only.

3. Accounts & Access

You may access limited features without creating an account. Creating an account allows access to extended scans, historical data, and downloadable reports.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activities performed under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Usage Limits, Quotas & Fair Use

The Service applies usage limits depending on your subscription plan, including but not limited to:

• Number of full scans per month
• Number of full PDF reports generated per month
• Number of Query Intelligence analyses per month
• Number of AI Citation Tracking checks per month

Limits may vary depending on account status and may be modified with reasonable notice. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or automate around technical limitations or quotas using external scripts, bots, or programmatic methods
• Sharing account credentials across multiple users or organizations not covered by the subscribed plan
• Using the Service to generate bulk reports for resale without an active White-Label or Agency Elite subscription

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, scoring methodologies, visual elements, and reports generated by the Service are the exclusive property of AI AUDIT SCAN.

You may:

• Use reports internally
• Share reports within your organization

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service or reports
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to replicate the methodology

6. Accuracy & Disclaimer

The Service relies on automated systems, heuristics, and external signals.

All outputs are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. You remain solely responsible for decisions made based on the reports.

6a. No Guarantee of AI Rankings or Citations

AI Audit Scan provides strategic recommendations based on observable AI system behaviors at the time of analysis. However:

• We do not guarantee specific citation rankings, visibility levels, or inclusion in responses generated by third-party AI systems (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity)
• Third-party AI algorithms are subject to change without notice and are outside our control
• Implementing our recommendations may improve AI visibility but does not guarantee specific outcomes
• Benchmark scores reflect conditions at the time of scan and may fluctuate as AI retrieval systems evolve

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AI AUDIT SCAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

• These Terms are violated
• Abuse or misuse is detected
• The Service is discontinued

8a. Refund Policy & Service Delivery

The Service is considered fully rendered under the following conditions:

• Monthly subscriptions: The service is considered fully rendered once a Strategic PDF Report has been generated during the billing period. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period after report generation.
• Annual subscriptions: A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time annual purchases, provided no more than 2 full reports have been generated. After this window, no refunds are issued.
• Executive Partnership: Given the bespoke nature of consulting engagements, all fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
